Every operator inside has agreed to this. It is short, blunt, and non-negotiable. Break it and you're out.
Stay in the room.
The whole point of AIOPS is the people inside trading what's working. That only works if you actually show up. Drop in often, share what you're shipping, give feedback to others, ask questions when you're stuck.
Long silence isn't punished, but seats are finite. If you've been inactive for a couple of weeks we may quietly free your spot for someone who'll use it. Pop back in any time, the door stays open.
Receipts only.
No fake screenshots. No fabricated revenue. No flexes you can't back up. If you cite a number, the room can ask for proof and you're expected to share it (publicly or in DM with a mod).
Steal from the room. Don't steal the room.
Hooks, songs, niches, prompts and workflows shared inside are free to use. Take them. Ship them. Win with them.
You may not screenshot, mirror, or republish content from inside the room on a public platform without the original poster's permission. What happens in the room stays in the room. That's the deal everyone signs.
No selling. No funnels. No DMs.
AIOPS does not exist to be your customer base. Do not pitch paid courses, coaching, masterminds, or any other product inside the room. Do not cold-DM members with offers.
Recommending a tool you actually use is fine. Affiliate-linking it without disclosing is not.
Respect for people.
No harassment, threats, slurs, or targeted abuse on the basis of race, gender, sexuality, religion, nationality, disability, or any other personal trait.
No doxxing. No sharing of private DMs, accounts, or personal information of another member or anyone outside the room without consent.
Disagreement is fine. Roast someone's hook all you want. Roasting the person, not the work, is not.
No illegal or harmful content.
Nothing illegal under applicable law. Nothing sexual involving minors. Nothing that targets a real person for harassment. Nothing designed to defraud platform algorithms in ways that put other members at risk (botted accounts you're selling, view-fraud services, etc.).
How enforcement works.
Minor violations get a warning from a moderator. Repeat or serious violations get a mute. Severe or repeat-after-warning violations get a ban. Bans are permanent unless successfully appealed.
Doxxing, harassment, illegal content, and self-promotion violations can result in an immediate ban with no warning.
How to report.
Ping a moderator in the channel where the issue happened, or DM a moderator privately for sensitive issues. Reports are read by the mod team only and treated as confidential where possible.
One more thing.
The room only works if the right people are inside. Help us keep it that way. If someone's behaviour is off and you're not sure if it crosses a line, message a mod. We'd rather hear a small thing early than a big thing late.
